Ocean Class Deck Barge, "HUGHES 2003".
A team of highly skilled engineers, facility and project managers were responsible for the expert planning and flawless execution.
The "HUGHES 2003" gently found it's way to the Elizabeth River. It is headed to work for Hughes Marine.
